We are keeping a close eye on the "Heartbleed" bug you may have heard about. The vendor we use for Online Banking has completed a preliminary assessment and has not discovered any vulnerability. It is always a good practice to use unique passwords for all of the online services you access. If your GCF Online Banking password has also been used with a different service, we do recommend that you change your Online Banking password at this time.





If you currently utilize GCF’s online banking EXPRESS TRANSFER function to make your loan payments, this service will be temporarily unavailable from April 25, 2014 through June 9, 2014. As an alternative to this temporary inconvenience, you can do one of the following:

  • Contact 1-877-589-6600 ext. 320 or 368 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, to manually complete the transaction.
  • Mail a check to Investors Bank, 101 Wood Avenue South, Iselin, NJ 08830.
  • Sign up for GCF’s online bill payment system and set up a monthly payment to be sent to Investors Bank.

How do I register? What if I forget App code?
Visit GCFBank.com through your smartphone. Your device will be detected and you'll automatically be delivered the mobile version of our website. Click the first link for Online Banker and you're on your way!

New users will have to accept our Terms and Conditions before they can access their accounts for the first time.

Select which channels you want to use to conduct mobile banking. You can pick them all if you like, or only the one you're most likely to use. Download our App*, access our mobile web browser or use SMS text messaging.

Make note of the App Code displayed in the Downloadable App section. GCF's App code is GoMobile0724. You'll need it, along with your current online banking user name and password, to activate the Touch Banking App once you download it from the App Store or Google play.

Choose which accounts you want to access on your phone. Assign a nickname for each - this will be helpful if you want to check your balance via SMS text messaging.

*An App for Blackberry is no longer available.


How many phones can I register?
You'll only be able to register one mobile phone number initially. You can add more later on using the Options tab described above, but for now register the primary number you'll use for banking.


What is my username and password?
Your mobile banking user name and password is the same as your online banking credentials. However, if your current password is less than 8 characters in length, you'll have to change it to comply before using Touch Banking. New password protocol requires a minimum of 8 characters containing a combination of both upper and lower case alpha characters and at least one numerical character. Special characters are currently not supported.

You'll also see the same authentication image you're always greeted with. If you see something different, contact us immediately.


How do I access the mobile browser after the setup process?
Simply visit GCFBank.com via your smartphone and follow the link to Online Banker.


How can I manage my mobile banking options?
Manage your Mobile Banking preferences at any time. By logging into GCF Online Banker and choosing the Options tab, you can scroll down to the Mobile Banking section where you can always:

  • Add a new phone
  • Change your phone number
  • Stop using the registered phone
  • Change any of your services
  • Get a new link to download the App
  • Get a new link to access the browser
