Toll free dialing is only available when calling from an exchange GETTING STARTED For security purposes, a Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can access your accounts. First-time callers will be prompted through the setup process. You will need to enter the last four digits of the primary account holder’s social security number to gain access to the system prior to establishing your PIN. Once the system verifies your identity, you will be prompted through the steps necessary to customize your PIN. Please note that you will need to repeat these steps for each account you plan to access. You may choose to use the same PIN number for multiple accounts for convenience or select a different number as an added layer of security -- the choice is yours!
